An intercultural team is a great advantage for the company, due to the variety of experiences and solutions. But on the way to the joint success of an intercultural team, it may be difficult to understand each other due to the cultural characteristics of the team members. Similar difficulties may arise in relationships with clients from different countries, if their cultural characteristics are not taken into account.
