COGNITIVE BIASES
IN MODERN BUSINESS
what is this topic about?
It is considered that modern business people are rational and always strive to make the best possible decisions int their work. But is it always the case? Can someone remain objective and maintain a clear perspective while our workloads expands, stress increases and our tasks become more and more complicated while we need to do everything as quickly as possible.

The clear answer is that all these circumstances create a unique context where standard management tools will not suffice, because when we are required to work in environment where speed of and complexity of our tasks are increasing, our brain might not be quick enough and make mistakes. And these mistakes are called cognitive biases.
However, these biases are not a sentence. If we know how they work and how they look like, we can counter them and make our decisions better.
